HFA is proud to announce that the firm was awarded the 2025 Economic Development Award at the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC) Silver Gull Awards Dinner, held in May. This annual event, now in its 50+ year tradition, recognizes individuals and organizations for their meaningful contributions to economic development, community service, and tourism in the Jersey Shore region. The prestigious celebration drew over 300 business and community leaders from Monmouth and Ocean Counties.


The Silver Gull Awards are considered the pinnacle of recognition for outstanding regional leadership and innovation. HFA was honored for its continued dedication to strengthening the business landscape and supporting sustainable economic growth throughout the bi-county area.
