With a strong foundation in public accounting, Ms. Snell transitioned to Operations Management at HFA in 2012, where she now plays a pivotal role in overseeing the firm’s daily operations across administration, human resources, finance, technology, facilities, and marketing. As a dynamic leader, she ensures that each department runs seamlessly, driving efficiency and growth. In addition to her operational expertise, Ms. Snell heads HFA’s Commercial Client Accounting & Advisory Services department. Through this role, she blends accounting services with strategic advisory, empowering clients to make informed, impactful business decisions.
