William Dickinson, CPA, MST and Brian J. Waldron, CPA, PSA
have been named partners at HFA.
LAKEWOOD, NJ – HFA has announced that it has two newly appointed partners – William Dickinson, CPA, MST and Brian J. Waldron, CPA, PSA.
Dickinson brings 22 years of wide-ranging experience in public accounting to the HFA team. He is well-positioned to provide exemplary services for the firm’s business, individual, estate and trust clients. He has knowledge in several industries, including real estate, investment partnerships and professional service.
“It has always been a goal of mine to become an HFA partner,” said Dickinson. “The true reward, and what I’m most grateful for, are all the people I’ve met along the way that helped influence my career.”
Looking to the future, Dickinson looks forward to developing the means for the team members at HFA’s two offices to continue to grow together and further cement HFA’s team atmosphere. “With a diligent eye, I will also watch for future challenges and industry disruptors so the HFA team can successfully prepare, adapt and continually evolve into tomorrow’s CPA firm,” he added.
Waldron has been a member of the HFA team for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in Governmental entities (including Municipalities and Utility Authorities), School Districts, Commercial entities and Non-Profits. He is also one of the Employee Benefit Plan Practice Leaders specializing in 401(k) and 403(b) audits at HFA. His main areas of expertise include auditing, reviews, financial statement audits and internal controls.
“Becoming a partner at HFA has been a life-long professional milestone of mine,” said Waldron. “I have worked for many great leaders in my career, and I have taken bits and pieces from each of them to become the best leader I can be. I look forward to working with many of those leaders that have taught me so much.”
Over the next year, Waldron will continue to lead HFA’s municipal auditing department as he has previously.
“I will also extend my knowledge and assistance across the rest of the firm’s industries at the partner level,” he added. I still feel I have so much to learn in an everchanging industry. I also could not have made it to this spot without the love and support of my family and friends. The many days and nights they had to sacrifice without me to allow me to reach my professional goals will never go unnoticed.”
