Jerry Conaty has been a valued member of the HFA team for 20+ years, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of public and private sector engagements. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with a variety of governmental entities including municipalities, counties, and school districts, as well construction and real estate developers, utility authorities, and nonprofit organizations. His multifaceted expertise spans auditing, consulting, forensic accounting, and single audits, making him a trusted advisor in even the most complex financial environments.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jerry is actively involved in service to the profession and his community. He currently serves as a Trustee for the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey, Treasurer for the Count Basie Center for the Arts, and Trustee for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). His commitment to excellence and leadership continues to leave a lasting impact both within and outside the firm.
