Toms River Based Accounting Firm Expands Geographic Footprint and Merges in Red Bank Vitt & San Filippo

Toms River HQ accounting firm, Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. announced today that it has recently merged in Vitt & San Filippo, LLC, a certified public accounting firm located in Red Bank, NJ.

Frank B. Holman III, President of HFA said – “the partnership will allow for a larger geographical footprint and for the ability to offer expanded commercial services to its existing and growing client needs”.

The firms will operate under the Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. (HFA) name effective Jan. 1.

“In addition to our strong presence in southern New Jersey, we have a substantial number of clients in and around Monmouth, Burlington, Ocean and the surrounding counties, and we wanted to create a partnership that would continue to build on that practice,” said Frank Holman, President of HFA. “The partners and team at Vitt & San Filippo, LLC have built a strong practice emphasizing customer service which is very much in sync with our practice. We are looking forward to a unified approach to servicing our clients.”

“We can now offer a wider array of services to clients, such as trust and estate preparation, expanded corporate taxation advisory services and consulting for niche areas especially to those outside of our traditional service area” – stated Bob Allison, Vice President at HFA. Vitt & San Filippo will continue to serve as senior consultants in the combined firm.

This merger is part of a series of strategic expansion plans that HFA has in queue. The firm, established in 1996, has now grown to seven office locations and more than 75 employees.
