New Partner Supports Firm’s Growth Initiatives for Entrepreneurial Services and Tax Practice

We’re proud to announce the appointment of Craig R. Johnson, CPA, as the firm’s newest Partner. With over 25 years of experience providing accounting, tax and consulting services to the firm’s clients, Johnson brings to this role an in-depth understanding of the construction, real estate, information technology and professional services industries—serving some of the firm’s longest standing clients.  His significant expertise in small business professional services is a great benefit to many of Holman Frenia Allison, P.C.’s entrepreneurial clients who seek growth through geographic and service expansion.

Johnson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is also a board member for A Legacy of Love and Hope, the Joshua Stanton Cramer Foundation and Jackson Township Historic Preservation Foundation.

Johnson is a graduate of Rider University, with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.  He practices out of Holman Frenia Allison, P.C.’s headquarters in Toms River, N.J. and resides in Jackson, N.J. with his wife Claudia and two children, Kaitlin and Nicholas.
