Holman Frenia Allison P.C., is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Bordentown, New Jersey accounting firm John J. Maley, CPA, LLC, effective January 1, 2016.
John J. Maley, CPA, RMA, PSA has been in practice since 1985 and his staff and him will join Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. Mr. Maley graduated from Rider University with a degree in Accounting and he currently is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and Public School Accountant in New Jersey. John and his staff specializes in accounting, tax, bookkeeping and business services for family-owned and privately-held businesses, municipalities, nonprofits and individuals.

The acquisition gives Holman Frenia Allison an additional office, as well as 5 new members. That gives the firm a total of 6 Partners and 61 staff members.
